Join us for a spellbinding evening where flour meets dark magic in the form of chocolate & dark cherry sourdough, guided by enchanting local baker, Heather, of Spellbound, you’ll learn the mystical art of crafting bread that’s as decadent as it is delicious.
What’s Included: Dark Cherry & Chocolate Sourdough:
Active sourdough starter to kickstart your home baking
Dough scraper, mixing spatula, and proofing bowl with cover basket and tea towel for the perfect rise
Lame (bread scoring tool) to create unique designs on your loaf
Bread tasting session—sample freshly baked sourdough
Take-home packet with space for notes, a starter care guide, and Heather's original sourdough loaf recipe
