Designed for the ladies of Spiral Staircase, this in-person session will help you stretch, strengthen, and unwind—kickstart your weekend with movement that supports flexibility, posture, and stress relief.
Whether you're an athlete, yogi, fitness enthusiast, or simply feeling tight or tense, this workshop uses proven techniques like Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), YBR, and Pilates to enhance your range of motion, release tension, and prevent injuries.
